Return Conditions:

At Artescommesse, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a flexible return policy to ensure you are completely happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories included. Products that are damaged, used, or returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Return Procedure:

Return the Item: After confirmation, we will send you the return instructions and the address to which you need to send the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as per the original order.
Processing Your Return: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return procedure and specify the desired replacement item.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of products cannot be returned for hygiene or sanitary reasons if the packaging has been opened or damaged. This includes, but is not limited to, makeup products and skincare items.
